Today, I am going to share two tea recipes that my family loves. One is to be enjoyed cold while the other is to be enjoyed hot.

Let’s start with the Cold Immune Boosting Tea.

Makes 1 Pitcher

Ginger Lemon Spritzer

Ingredients:

5-6 Cups of purified boiled water

3 Ginger lemon Tea Packets

Raw Honey to taste

½ Lemon Sliced in Rounds

1 Topo Chico

Ice

In a pot bring water to boil for 5-6 minutes. Add Boiling water to pitcher over ice, add the 3 Ginger Lemon Tea packets, Stir, add Honey To taste, add one Topo Chico, Top with Lemon Sliced Rounds, add more ice if necessary and Enjoy!

Ginger Cinnamon Tea

this one can also be enjoyed cold, but I prefer it hot.

2 cup water

1 cinnamon stick cut in half

1 Pocas Honey Ginger Tea packet

In a kettle add 2-3 cups water and 1 cinnamon stick, bring water to boil for 8 minutes,  leave cinnamon sticks in boiling water for 2-4 minutes, remove kettle from stove and pour cinnamon tea to cup, add the Ginger Lemon Tea packet, add a lemon wedge, honey to taste and enjoy.
