Rainbow desserts are not only delicious but also so fun to make. Since Easter is around the corner, we made Rainbow S’mores. This recipe is so easy to make at Easter but also at an upcoming party. I mean who doesn’t love a little color to brighten up their day.

You will need:

  1. Peeps Marshmallows in every color

  2. Regular or Gluten-Free Graham Crackers or Gluten-Free Shortbread Cookies

  3. Milk chocolate of choice

You can find all the products including Peeps all year long by clicking here:

Place a piece of chocolate on one side of your cookie, top with a peep marshmallow, microwave for 10-15 seconds. Place the cookie topper and smoosh together. Gooey Deliciousness…

These are a great hit at kid’s parties!! A crowd favorite…

A fun and colorful charcuterie board will win at every party.  For this one I simply added chocolate, peeps marshmallows, and a few Easter egg decorations. I stacked the crackers to give the board height and added a white plate to feature some of the items. It turned out so cute! You can add a colorful tablecloth and place this charcuterie board at the center for a fun Easter and yummy treat.
